America’s Got Talent contestant Anna Clendening has received much love and support upon shocking the crowd and judges with her harmonious cover of “Hallelujah” June 10, 2014.

It took her insane courage to even face a crowd that large, and tons more to announce her story of suffering with both General Anxiety Disorder and Depression. About as little as four months prior to being on stage, she hit the lowest point in her suffering. She has shown the entire nation that anything is possible, even something as hard and self defeating as learning to cope with a mental disorder, as long as you are motivated to battle your fears.

A lot of support is also needed, her number one source being her parents. Not only is Anna’s voice stunning, but the amount of generosity in her heart is too.

Anna has gained a fanbase on Vine, for the entertaining, skit-like short clips she makes as she goes through her day. She also has a twitter, @annawclendening, where fans can be up to date with her thoughts and daily experiences. On her YouTube channel, annaclendening08, there is more access to her covers from before her feature on America’s Got Talent.

To be able to conquer a fear so crippling at first is almost incomprehensible, and now that Anna has shown the world how strong she is, there is no doubt there is anything that will stop her from making her dreams come true.
